Apple iPhone SDK Tutorial Top Picks

After deciding to jump onto the Apple iPhone development wagon I thought I better first spend some time researching to figure out exactly how hard it was going to be to get going. I had done quite a bid of scripting with Perl and PHP and a reasonable amount of C programming in the past but really felt like I needed to warm up the skills a bit since I knew this was going to be quite a leap, I am sure some of you hardcore Mac developers out there are going, sheesh go away, right about now but there are many, MANY, of us that are looking forward to using our creativity to bring new apps to the iTunes app store.I have compiled a list below of the Top 5 resources I found useful while researching the Apple iPhone SDK. Apple iPhone Development

This one is obvious I know. The site is the mothership of all things iPhone SDK. The videos are top notch and were found to be very useful. Looking forward to taking advantage of the "Publishing on the App Store" tutorial.

Not much more can be said about this folks, developers of the VERY popular pwnage tool and the go to source for the iPhone hacking community. Currently a nice tutorial on recording video on the iPhone.

This may be my favorite outside of the Apple developer site. Nicely organized in beginner through advanced and all video tutorials. Over 600 minutes of tutorials to view.

Very detailed tutorial, also liked the SQL lite tutorials on the site. Look around the site at the other tutorials and you will likely find something useful.

iPhoneDevSDK Forum

This forum is related to iphonedevcentral.org, the forum is not as active as I would of expected but was still had some very useful information. Signup and check it out, worth the effort.

I am sure there are many more, but I found these useful as I jumped in.
