AT&T Strikes Back, With Postcards : New Ad

It was to be expected, AT&T continues to defend itself against Verizon featuring Luke Wilson. In opposition to Verizon, AT&T seems to be playing the nice/soft card and tries to be funny in a very bizarre way.

It begins well with Wilson saying he’s there to “set the record straight” while standing on a big American map, unfortunately the whole postcard thing is just completely weird, who the hell came up with that ?

Here is the ad, in two parts :

He could at least have said that those are postcards sent by happy customers who love the coverage, I just don’t understand.
