Smule has started a fire on your iPhone that can be shared with other users to create bonfires. Using a sonic modem, not wi-fi or 3G, users have the ability to "ignite" other Sonic Lighter users by touching the two iPhones together. Simply roll your finger over the igniter wheel, just like on a typical lighter, to start your flame. The best features of this application are the flames reaction to different actions. Users can run their fingers through the flame and it reacts as if it has been touched, without burning your fingers. You can tilt the iPhone and hear it sizzle. Users can make the flame dance by breathing on it actually blow it out. The microphone senses the wind velocity and registers it accordingly. Probably the most exciting feature viewing the fires across the globe. Double tap your flame to see a real time map displaying other flames and fires around the globe.
